As said, self draining. But,, pull the starter cord over a few times to pump out the water out of the impeller and there should be a weep hole above the transom plate to drain the exhaust jacket, make sure that it's open. Probe with wire. Pull plugs and put a table spoon of regular oil in cylinder and turn over a few times to coat the cylinder walls. Carb should be run dry. There are also grease fittings on the turning points to be greased. They probably won't be zerks but a weird looking pimple and need a tube of the manufacturer's grease which just plops onto the fitting and squeeze.
