That would have a BUDA 4D344 Diesel engine?, I had an HD-6 years ago. First off are you sure its moving a little? If it is pour a little kroil or liquid wrench down the exhaust (thats were the water went) like 2 cups. Then get the blade up by jacking ect. drag it around for a little bit. Dont be hard with it, if its going to go it will. If I does not brake free, then you are going to have to take the valve cover off push rods (numbered) ect and work your way down. till you can free it up. I hope the steering clutches are good in yours, they usually cost more than what the machine is worth. good luck.
