The Landlord may get his mortgage paid but, He has to do ALL the repairs and upkeep, Pay the taxes, clean and repair the place after each tenant moves out. Not to mention by the time you pay off the mortgage on a home you have paid about 3 times the purchase price plus the taxes and upkeep. At times I feel renting is less hassle and cheaper in the long run. My tenant drives a new BMW I cannot afford one.
