I have a JD R. I can not get it to run. It doent look like there is enough diesel going to it. The supply line has a full stream from the tank to the filter, the line from the glass bowl to the pump also has a full stream, but when i take the line off the pump back to the filter (while the tractor is turning over) there is no presure or very very little, and the tractor wont start. I have cleaned the bowl and it has pretty new filters. It will start on either. does anybody have any advice?
