You likly need to install a seal kit. Easy job. Pull the brake drum off and pull out the discs and seperater plate. Pull out the back plate with the piston in it. CAREFULLY pop the piston out with air pressure. Clean everything up and install the two new orings on the piston and reinstall it. Install the new pinon seal in the center of the rear plate, reset the auto adjusters and put it all back together. Bleed the air from the system and your done.
