I had an Allis D-14 that was stuck pretty bad. I had the head off and soaked it for over 4 years with everything from Coke to Liquid Wrench to some concoction made out of sulfuric acid. Nothing worked!! I tried jacks, towing it, blocks of oak with a big sledge. No dice. I finally had to take a big punch and sledge and break the pistons into pieces. One interesting idea I have heard, though, is to stuff the cylinders with old rags soaked in diesel and oil and to light them. I guess the idea is to get it hot enough to expand and break free.
