Mr.Dean has the right idea. I freed by F-20 in this manner. All four pistons were stuck in the sleeves. I used a piece of PVC pipe that fit in the cylinder bore on and put a wood block on top of the PVC. Like Mr. Dean said, take the rod caps off and try to get the crank away from the rods before you start hitting the wood block with a sledge. You don't want to break the crank. After doing this I honed the cylinders, put new rings on the pistons and she's still running strong. Some time you get lucky.
