He should try doing it himself. It's not hard to do. I know POR-15 makes a gas tank cleaner/sealer kit. All you do is dump the stuff in the tank and slosh it around. If it's real rusty and gummed up toss a few short lengths of chain in there and slosh that around. I saw the other week where someone on here posted a picture of a gas tank strapped to a rear tractor wheel just for this purpose.
