I'm beginning to hope not. If a city or even a state wants socialism,that's their business,but the Constitution is supposed to protect the rest of us from it. We're getting it shoved down our throats by the New Englanders and the left coast. If they want it at the federal level,let them become 2 seperate countries and leave the rest of us in between alone.
