I use a MF165 (52 HP) to pull an 8 ft no till drill, I have also pulled this 8 ft drill with a MF20 Industrial (3 cyl Perkins gas, probably 35 of 40 HP). Both our local farm supply stores as well as the local ASCS office have these drills for rent on a per acre ($10) basis which is much cheaper the buying plus they maintain them.
