I finally stretched out the tractor hitch to front hole and in this position on level ground I have about 4.5 inches of the inside shaft in the outer portion of pto shaft. I am thinking this is not enough for when you go over high spots and it extends. What is considered maximum extension of a pto shaft without having problems with it coming undone and tearing up stuff. Wish that drawbar had 3 holes instead of 2! If you are wandering what I am talking about look back 4 or 5 days and you will understand.
