We had a tire go out on our Dodge pickup a while back. We hauled some junk to the scrap yard and a metal water faucet knob got stuck in the tire. I noticed it when we were filling the truck with gas. We forgot to put the spare wheel in the pickup, so we drove to Tires Plus and got it patched. Those were new tires and then that had to happen :(
