I heard this as well. I was a recent graduate of Cornell and took these welding and woodshop classed. To say that if we can afford to go there means that we can afford a night class is an ignorant statement that reeks of a bit of jealousy. I will tell you that I worked my butt off to be able to afford to go to school there. This college is a leader in education and technology and is a very good ag business school. The man that teaches these courses is very down to earth good guy. He has tons of experience and know about farmyard repairs. The things that that man taught me are priceless and it breaks my heart to think that maybe he will get the boot after 20+ years. There are electronic petitions going around I need to find them and sign them. Everyone else that likes young people to be educated to do real world hands on things should sign them too.
