Have one on my 2000 expedition, haven't noticed much difference in mileage, might be have just a tiny bit more pep but thats debatable also. This is just my opinion but I think that the new computerized vehicles compensate for whatever the air flow is to keep the ratio right. To get better mileage or better performance you need to get into the computer. Does save money on replacements though. Good luck, Mike
