Craftsman are made by the same company that makes The Husqvarna tractors. The Husky's usually use a Kohler engine though. Better built than Poulan or the cheap MTD. Husky owns Poulan but I don't think the Poulan tractors are anywhere near as good of quality as the Husky models. MTD makes some higher end stuff like Cub Cadet tractors though but they are a lot more money. If your occasionally pushing lighter materials, and not letting the hydro get real hot, it should be OK. If they say pushing snow is OK, pushing loose material shouldn't be any different. Dave
