What ever they do, don't look to Canada for answers. I'm in Alberta where we have the largest oil reserves in the world, yet pay some of the highest prices for fuel. Canada pays the highest taxes of any industrialized country in the world and they waste tons and tons of taxpayer money. Former prime minister Brian Mulroney was corrupt as they come. They proved he took a $300,000 bribe, yet the Gov't. paid his 1.2 million dollar legal fees to denie it and don't seemed concerned at all about being out 1.2 million bucks. Canada spent over a billion dollars on a gun registry that had no hope of success. The Canadian gov't. cancelled the most advanced aircraft and R & D organization in the world and in the process over 30,000 people lost their jobs in the biggest lay off in Canadian history. What ever the US does, they shouldn't be looking to Canada for solutions. Are health care is better but it has some serious flaws as well. Dave
