If your stand'n on the right(as you sit) side of the tractor there should be a gate valve in the (i think 1/2") line that drains the top tank into the bottom tank. It should be kinda between the the stearing colum and vlave cover. If you stand with you left hand on the battery and right hand on the fuel filter squat down and it should be under the hood there.
