I don't know if the two-cylinders especially were ever very popular here. I think alot of guys went with IH or Oliver with the 4 and 6 cylinder tractors, and ran AC or Ford before that. There used to be alot of JD As around here in the 1970s but not many now. Actually blue was real big here in the 1980s. TW series mostly. Anyway, it really shows at the local tractor pulls. Usually 4 or 5 Farmalls for every one Deere in the smaller classes. Don't know if its lack of interest, expenses, that they are going into collections or all three combined but there is more red here.
