Most times --- it's Just a lack of Common Sense --- Most folks don't have that -- and in order to give them a "Wake up call" you have to rattle their cage --- and then --- some just don't get it --- so they go without ....
to be nice as you say --- don't effect them whatsoever --- it's like a cop stopping you cause your going to fast -- the wake up call is " payment" talking to them just don't cut it ....
