I quit taking sides a long time ago when it comes to politics. When you associate with idiots (aka politicians), some of the stupidity is bound to rub off on you. Example - both parties are talking loudly about how we need "change" in Washington. Yet, three of the four Pres/Vice Pres candidates are and have been part of that "Washington" problem. The only outsider (Palin) is berated for lack of experience??????
I guess it is kinda like saying you want a true virgin for a wife, but you want her to have lots of "s*xual experience!
(Sometimes I think it ought to be considered an act of treason to swear loyalty to a political party.)
