PETA is a bunch of wackos. Here in Virginia, two of there employees who were running a PETA animal shelter were uthenizing animals and just throwing them out back in a dumpster like common garbage. Even though there were signs plastered all over the building about we do no kill animals we find them loving homes at this shelter.
I watched a documentary on them awhile back, the PETA president/founder was talking about how she had her tubes tied becasue she felt it was "selfish" to have a child and that anyone who wanted a child of or children of there own were "selfish" and were just "overpopulating the earth".
After the show my conclusion on PETA was that this lady and her cohorts needed to be taken out behind the barn and quietly put down.
