Like most of your ramblings, you don't identify exactly WHAT you are talking about so it's hard to dispute you. For the purposes of this response, I'm going to ASSUME you are referring to the depression that began in 1929. Your statement leads one to believe the FDIC was in danger of being bankrupt during the depression. There was NO FDIC during the depression of 1929. It was not started until afterwards, to assure a run on the banks would not leave an investor (yes, that's what you are if you keep money in a bank) without funds as happened in '29.
