I don"t think very many on any level really care about cutting cost. I don"t think any of them have "lean thinking" anywhere in their head or experience. They are never told, "NO,you will not get any more money, find a way to make it work with what you have!" Govt spends and spends and spends, with little concern about where it comes from. look at how the live, look at how the give them selves unneeded and undeserved raises. Look at all the reimbursements they want/get for things you and I have to absorb as normal living expenses. They are the royals, we are the peasants. Wait until we are paying 50% percent income tax. Yes, I am getting a bit upset about the current economic situation
