I wouldn't pull start the tractor you could damage something in the drive train. If its a gas engine pull the sparkplugs and see if the engine will move by rocking the tractor in gear. Select a high gear. If it has a hand crank try moving the engine with the crank. The pistons may be stuck from rust. You may need to soak the cylinders with ATF to try and free the pistons. Hal
