I found out you can buy lead test kits at any local hardware store. The test kit only cost $6.95. The results were negetive so there is no lead present. Geting it out is not that hard. I can use a siphon sand blast hose and blow it out. It is very dry. I need to get the wieght down to where I can haul it. I think crushed rock may be correct. I call every tire store in the area they said that at various time they have used inert powder but it not common.
