Super MTA won't start

This tractor has a 12 volt system. The coil and the switch check ok. But I still have no spark. It was running just fine, I was pulling a small load in the field and it quit, just like I turned the switch off. It has a small black box with 4 wires coming out of it. I was wondering if this might be my problem. I sure hope somebody can help out!!!
