Of course get Visa to refund your money. My wife did a similar purchase through the same company. She never did get the tapes. They were held at customs as illegal imports. Needless to say we did notifiy the credit card company and the transaction was challenged. We did get the money back. The tapes are still at customs. She also wrote to the company and ebay. She wrote ebay not because she bought them through ebay, but found the link through ebay. Ebay did not reply so we are not sure what happened. She will only buy at Amazon.com. Lesson learned
