No matter how hard the news and weather media try, they can't make something out of nothing, obviously some people got too much rain and have problems, but over all, with this many hurricanes coming in, it added up to nothing. We in the central to eastern areas of the U.S. get 90% of our summer rains from hurricanes. So it's kinda dis-concerning that we're charged a bad weather premium at the pump for something that is beneficial to us.
