I got some 10/30 Pennz and I'll buy a new oil filter and give it a shot. I'm going to start it with the radiator cap off and see if there is any bubbling. The last 2 numbers of the serial number are 44 so minus 4 it should be a 1940 VAC Case as I have been told.
