My second gun ever was a 500 12ga bought new when I was 12. That was 18 dove, tree rat, rabit, and turkey seasons ago. It has been a good'n. If I lost it, I'd give 250 for one like it with 3 barrels.
Mine came with a 26" modified barrel with out a rib. Bought a 24" with tubes, much happier with the shorter barrel.
