The problem is that right now you really have no idea what's in it - there probably isn't 10-30 oil in it now. Those two oils are not compatible with one another, don't really mix. The only way to tell for sure what's in it is to drain it out. If it's a high hour leaky machine, I'd just dump hydraulic oil in it. Even if it was a low hour machine, I would change out the 10-30 oil to hydraulic oil with new filters.
