Americans are funny people when it comes to investing. We buy when the market in high because we don't want to be left behind. But, we don't buy when equities are "on sale" in a down market ?? Very good time to be buying for long term. I have some fun money in alternative energy in Broadwind BWEN a very small Wi. company that does wind towers and Miscor MIGL that overhauls locomotives and is growing rapidly in maintenance and overhaul of wind generators. Both are lightly traded OTC but pretty neat companies. Do your own due diligence.
