Actually, I did check the facts... I don't consider being a former mayor and first term govenor from Alaska as being a whole lot of experience for what's about to come should McCain/Palin get elected. I don't recall suggesting that teh brother had any more experience. I merly found the critism interesting. My expectation is that if McCain does win, SHE will be president before his term is out... and it's a big step from mayor to president. She does seem like a sensible enough person with a good head on her shoulders, but the curve is steep...
Personally I could care less which one of them wins. I'm not voting in it anyway. I'm still finding the nonsense ironic. The whole lot of you take the position of president too seriously for my mind and would seem to place a lot more respect on the shoulders of politicians in general than any one of them would deserve. They put their pants on one leg at a time the same as the rest of us. They just spend their days lieing and pandering for votes from anyone who'll listen. I can't understand why anyone would believe anything that ANY of them say. Politics, by nature can't be anything but a DIShonest business and honest people don't survive in it. Why expect more? The whole lot of them are devils. You just pick the devil who's least bad at the time and change them around every few years so nobody gets too comfortable.

After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
