#1 - More to it than just the clutch. The trans is made entirely different.
#2 - Ford used to sell a kit for the 3000 pwr stg conversion. Involved new radius rods, cylinders, hoses, tubing, and stg gear. Not really a hard job, just time consuming and pretty expensive.
