Yes this is going on in the heavily populated counties in Texas. It also applies to large trucks. The money that one gets deducted is determined by the number of hours/miles one puts on a tractor or vehicle. The more hrs/miles, the more discount. One has to sign a 7 year contract. If hours or miles stated isn't attained there is a penalty to pay.HTH's
