Gene, I removed some corrugated panels by taking a pair of endcut pincers and extending the handles by crimping small pipe over them to where I had lots of leverage. This modified tool was placed over the heads of the fasteners and the heads were snipped off and the sheets just lifted off. I laid the new work off to the same spacing as the hole pattern in the salvaged panels and installed the fasteners through the old holes. Personally, I prefer the screws over the nails and I no longer have the problem as it is easy to remove the screws and they are not subject to backing out over time a nails tend to do.
