Probably does not have anything to do with increased costs of keeping their fleet of maintenance trucks on the road, increased transportation costs for coal, poles, etc., or increasing costs for worker health care, wages, the price of copper and aluminum wire,and the increased costs of everything they buy. I suspect it is due to the high cost of food because of ethanol, maybe we can import some electricity from China to lower the price. Of course, that electricity would be poor quality and prone to premature failure. Or maybe I have read too many o/t posts.
