That would be a '62-'64 4-cylinder, 172 cubic inch 4000 row crop. Can't tell from this pic - is it a gas or diesel? Around here, probably $2000-$2500 for the diesel, maybe a bit higer for the gas... maybe up to $3000. A wide front axle would also help the price.
