Where's Brian at?? If he's with them good ole boys in NYC and he's not interested in selling the parts I might can get this feller down here to put a bug in his ear.
There's some pretty good folks over in Iowa that should have that part, I can't for the life of me remember what their name is. I'll keep trying.
There's alot of them Cont engines around here on oil well and water well equipment, but the parts places are like Wal-Mart stores, the employees know where the bath room and water fountain are, but anything else you need is greek.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
