I bought a grain truck with a twin cylinder double acting hoist. It lifts nice and fast but lowers really slow. I did notice that the return hose is not a hydraulic hose. It has brass fittings crimped on instead of steel hydraulic ones. I thought that maybe the hose is deteriorated inside and restricting flow but don't know for sure. What else would cause the box to lower so slow? Would take over 5 minutes and it should lower faster than it raises (about 20 seconds to raise). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. The valve has 2 spools but 1 isn't being used. The valve has a P cast in it and 2702 and then a W, if this helps. The hydraulic fluid is red, so I'm thinking it's ATF. Dave
