Roll over plow has to be centered on the tractor so regardless left or right side plowing the width of cut is the same. Only ran a roll over plow very briefly "for fun". Seems to me the best way to get the wheel spacing is hitch the plow on, adjust the plow/3pt to be dead center then set the wheel spacing so both the left and right wheels will run in the furrow and allow for the 16" cut for the first bottom. Hope you have bar axles....
