I don't know about the link, but you have to be careful about assuming the identity of someone based on their IP address. On several occasions here on YTMag, people have been accused of being someone else because their post happened to have the same IP address as (or one similar to) a different post. AOL users share an IP address; posts from different AOL users may appear to come from the same IP. Anyone using their computer at work will probably also be using a Network Address Translated ("NAT'ed") IP that they share with their co-workers. Even if your ISP doesn't use NAT (most don't), IP addresses are generally dynamic unless you have a dedicated IP.
