Sorry bud,i got the impression you just bought it new.i read my post,was kinda rude.i ain't to much in favor of most of the chinese stuff.It usually gives lots of trouble. you could have a stuck or bend valve,take valve cover of and tap the valve to see if it moves freely against the spring,if there is exsessive clearance of the rocker,then the valve could be bend.
