I have Dodge 1993 4X4 Cummins diesel engine and it has 12 valves and it has 330,000 miles and it runs like a fine watch. Cummins is good engine and hard to beat. I also have new Dodge 2004 with cummins engine. Whenever i start 1993 Dodge i always look at passenger side mirror and look at lots of black smoke coming out muffler. I love it. FarmerD5
