Thats why the roofing nail, oh officer I didn't know they fell out of my truck. And as long as its on your land you can throw them out and be ok but you can not have road spikes because they could hurt some one. Funny how that works but roofing nails are legal but spikes are not. As I said the cops told me this and I did check into it for my self as far as the laws
