Tractor Laws per state any?

Reading about poor Burrheads fate with the dealer got me to thinking what laws exist.Now the last I knew it was illegal to sell a tractor in Illinois if you knew that the head/block(water problem)was cracked.I have never read this law anywhere and it may or may not be true but anyway what other laws exist?Oh forgot the one where dealers have to provide a pto shield on tractors they are selling(again at least in Illinois).
