My IH784 will occasionally cut out on me because it is not getting diesel fuel. I disconnect the fuel line at the fuel filters and get no or very little flow. If I blow some air back thru the fuel line flow resumes (for about 5 hours of run time) and the n the problem returns, so I must have a significant amount of sediment in my fuel tank. Is the fix for this problem as simple as disconnecting the fuel line from the drain petcock at the bottom of the tank, unscrewing the petcock, and flushing the tank out?
