Well, I live in KC (Smithville Lake actually) and it ain"t me. I know a Dave Diehl that helped me save thousands of dollars by doing the A/C cooling load calculations for my new house. Told me I only needed a 2.5 ton A/C instead of the 3.5 ton the builder said I needed (3,500 sq. ft house = 3.5 ton A/C I guess). Anyway, he was right. My highest electric bill all summer has been $210. I love my Dave Diehl (in a strictly platonic way, of course).
