My heart attack started out as just heart burn, then my left inner arm got sore, wife being a nurse practioner said that is enough and took me go to the ER! Blood pressure was normal and by then felt ok but they did a blood test and it showed a problem with heart! They did an angieogram(?) found main artery 95% plugger and put a stint in, 3yrs ago and no problems! Had nor have had any blood pressure problems before or since!!
