Found the problem ,front spindle shafts rusted stuck in the arms, the bushings gave way and lost all grease and the tractor had set for about 3 weeks before I use it. Goes to show me always check grease and lube regular. I had to pulled front spindles cleaned them up and cleaned the shafts out and install new bushings and grease. It steers like new now . Always look for the simple things thanks every one
